Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members during 10pm-6am operations
- Implement and monitor safety protocols including OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift managers
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide team coaching
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of KPIs and incident reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently during peak operational hours
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
