Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Coordinate cross-functional departments to resolve operational challenges
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage inventory controls and implement loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during night shifts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic warehouse technology
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
