Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 member night shift team, including scheduling and performance coaching
- Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and operational efficiency using lean principles
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor issues with professionalism
- Generate daily performance reports and process improvement recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional departments for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift oversight
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
