Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Operate warehouse management systems for real-time tracking
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
- Resolve operational issues during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
