Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team including training and performance management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and inventory control processes
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance standards
- Operate warehouse management system (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work flexible weekends during peak seasons
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
