Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with 99.9% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory control systems
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- Forklift certification and advanced WMS system proficiency
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance
- Proven ability to motivate teams in high-pressure environments
- Experience with inventory control and quality assurance processes
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
