Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate 10-15 night shift team members to achieve daily KPIs
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and dock operations
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Train and mentor new employees on warehouse procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements and shift reports
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in logistics
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
