Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team with scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation partners
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols in warehouse environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports for senior management
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- Forklift certification and WMS proficiency required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with OSHA safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license
