Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse associates, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to day management
- Manage inventory controls and cycle counts with 99.8% accuracy
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Generate nightly shift reports and KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/3 operations
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS software and RF scanning technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with inventory management
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination
- Valid NC driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- High school diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred
