Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving, put-away, and shipping operations
- Conduct nightly inventory audits and report discrepancies to management
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Coordinate with day shift teams for operational continuity and handover procedures
- Train new associates on warehouse systems and equipment operation
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and experience with WMS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift coordination
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- College degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
