Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with precision and timeliness
- Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy (99.8%+ target)
- Enforce OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and forklift operations
- Generate nightly performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift focus
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Associates degree in logistics or supply chain management
