Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring optimal productivity and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts with 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS technology
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor issues with urgency and professionalism
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong analytical abilities for inventory discrepancy resolution
- Ability to work independently with minimal overnight supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands
