Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person overnight crew during peak processing hours
- Optimize inventory management and dock scheduling systems
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols for safety-critical operations
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift supervisors
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for throughput metrics
- Conduct real-time performance coaching and conflict resolution
- Manage emergency response protocols for operational disruptions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3rd shift environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Demonstrated leadership in high-volume distribution centers
- Strong analytical skills for KPI-driven decision making
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours per shift
