Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management protocols during overnight operations
- Operate automated sorting systems with 99.8% accuracy standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Conduct quality assurance audits on high-value shipments
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols in all workflows
- Optimize material handling using RF scanners and WMS platforms
- Lead incident response procedures during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/RF scanner technology
- Proven ability to work independently in autonomous environments
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday
- High school diploma or equivalent required
