Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors) during night shift hours
- Execute precise inventory management procedures including cycle counts and audits
- Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions and quality control metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize fulfillment workflows
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train new associates on warehouse systems and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital inventory tools
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Preferred: Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
