- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Coordinate loading/unloading of freight with minimal disruption
- Implement quality control protocols for inbound/outbound shipments
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety standards in night operations
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workflow handoffs
- Document warehouse activities using WMS systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Experience working in 24/7 or night shift environments
- Basic computer proficiency with WMS systems
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
