Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain detailed documentation of stock movements and quality control checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless 24-hour operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support inbound/outbound logistics coordination with transportation partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification or forklift operating license preferred
- Proficiency with inventory management software and RF scanning devices
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math skills and ability to read/write English fluently
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license preferred
