Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts per company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control inspections on products before shipment
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation to flexible shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
