Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight shifts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations and loading/unloading
- Conduct quality control checks and document warehouse activities in real-time
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and foster a zero-incident workplace culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) technology
- Availability to work consistently overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
