Responsibilities
- Direct 15-20 person night shift team in receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for 24-hour efficiency
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless transitions
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and develop staff for cross-functional roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and WMS proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Experience with OSHA safety standards and audits
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory software
