Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all nighttime warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain accident-free operations
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy targets
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on equipment operation and procedural compliance
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless operational handovers
- Generate daily performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory control software
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
