Responsibilities
- Oversee 20+ person night shift team, scheduling and optimizing workflow
- Implement lean inventory management systems in SAP
- Ensure 99.8% order accuracy through rigorous quality control
- Coordinate cross-functional dock operations for 24/7 supply chain
- Train and develop warehouse staff in safety protocols
- Analyze operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Manage OSHA compliance and safety audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 5+ years warehouse management experience (night shift required)
- Expertise in WMS systems (Manhattan, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift trainer credentials
- Proven track record in labor optimization and cost control
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently under pressure
