Responsibilities
- Manage 15-person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse workflows and reduce waste
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift oversight
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
