Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 night shift staff including pickers, packers, and forklift operators
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet 99.8% order accuracy targets
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during overnight operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless inventory management
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain real-time performance dashboards
- Train and mentor night shift staff on new equipment and processes
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with overnight operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse team communication
- Valid California driver's license
