Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficient storage.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas while adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings during night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be available for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with weekend flexibility.
