Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory, stock, and order fulfillment during night shift hours
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA standards
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free workspaces
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless handovers and communication
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work full-time night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
