Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain organized inventory control and cycle count accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Adhere to strict OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and document all activities
- Support facility security and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
