Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage inbound shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits daily
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all handling procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal workflow
- Document all activities in WMS systems accurately
- Support outbound loading and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
