Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely per OSHA standards
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking via RF scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to 5S protocols for optimal workspace organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts, weekends as needed
