Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Perform efficient inventory counts and cycle checks with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through proper stacking and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy and data entry competence
