Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Optimize inventory storage using warehouse management systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance through daily safety inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Complete accurate inventory counts and discrepancy reporting
- Support order fulfillment for major retailers and e-commerce partners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (5 days/week)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Basic computer literacy with WMS system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
