Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory management, cycle counts, and quality control checks
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Coordinate cross-functional team workflows to optimize order fulfillment
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Train new associates on operational procedures and equipment usage
- Report and resolve operational issues proactively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for night shifts
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
