Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day delivery
- Maintain organized storage systems with FIFO principles
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic computer literacy with inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
