Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation during low-traffic hours
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through proper 5S practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Document daily activities and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance
- Adhere to strict security protocols for high-value inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday through Friday
- Proficient with handheld scanning devices and basic computer systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
