Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Prepare outbound shipments for timely delivery using proper packaging techniques
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Complete daily shift reports and document all activities systematically
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
