Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Conduct nightly inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain organized, clean warehouse environment per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth transition
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software experience
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM, weekends as needed)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
