Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and cycle counting
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Package and label shipments for national retailers with zero-defect tolerance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of 53ft trailers
- Utilize WMS software to track real-time inventory movement
- Conduct daily safety audits and equipment pre-shift inspections
- Train on new automation systems including robotic palletizers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in past roles
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
