Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment during overnight hours
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments in our climate-controlled facility
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits with precision
- Maintain safety protocols and 5S compliance standards
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless operational continuity
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift certification experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail in high-volume environments
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule (Sun-Thu)
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
