Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with zero-error precision
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy in WMS
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work environment
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for smooth operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM with weekend rotation
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
