- Manage inventory with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move goods efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy to meet strict deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Conduct cycle counts and quality checks to ensure inventory integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience a plus
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
