Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in real-time
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory software (SAP/WMS preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to night shift location
