Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety awareness
- Conduct nightly inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly fulfillment targets
- Document all activities using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
