Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments with precision
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments before dispatch
- Uphold OSHA safety standards and 5S cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WMS systems
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
