Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for loading/unloading shipments and quality checks
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements and discrepancies
- Implement safety protocols and maintain 5S standards in all operational areas
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency during peak night shift hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- OSHA certification for forklift operation (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and computer literacy requirements
