Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized warehouse environment through proper stocking and zone management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Train day-shift staff on operational processes during handover meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance history
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
