Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, stocking, and inventory control procedures with precision and speed.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, ensuring safety compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately, verifying manifests and performing quality checks.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the Site Manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10 or equivalent) preferred but willing to train.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanners.
