Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Optimize warehouse operations for maximum efficiency during peak hours
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Manage inventory systems and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Generate shift reports and communicate key metrics to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Valid Forklift Operator certification (RTITB or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible availability to cover variable shift patterns
