Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 night shift associates with clear performance expectations
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and real-time data analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and post-shift reporting
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Previous night shift supervisory role required
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanning technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
