Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation team for timely shipments
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports for management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
