Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise team members on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless handovers
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Resolve operational issues using data-driven problem-solving
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math and inventory management abilities
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent required
